General Terms In case of ticket change, the new fare must be equal or higher than the fare originally paid. The ticket change fee is based on the fare terms valid on the date the change is made. In case of cancellation, non-use of the ticket or part thereof and money refund, there is a service fee for ticket refund , which applies to all categories of fares. Round-trips tickets, or ticket with stopover, are valid only if used in the flight order specified on the ticket. If the passengers do not arrive to board a flight, the ticket will be canceled for the subsequent flights. Exceptions can be made in special circumstances. For round-trip or multi-leg tickets, where the flight solutions chosen by the customer for the individual segments provide for different rates, the most restrictive rate rule in relation to changes and refunds applies to all segments. Once the web check in is no longer possible to request changes or refunds. For all fares, airport taxes and security taxes can always be reimbursed. If the reimbursable amount is less than the administration fee, no amount will be reimbursed. The administration fee is EUR 20 for flight canceled by the passenger. Administration fee, Booking fee and Service fee are not refundable. Fees and taxes are governed by decision beyond Lumiwings’s control and are subject to constant modifications and reviews, which may occur even after a Ticket has been purchased. All tickets issued are non-transferable FARE CONDITIONS FOR WEBSITE SALE The rules and fares presented concern those who use the Lumiwings website to purchase a ticket. Shine Light (Air Class until 07 jul 23) The “Shine Light” fare includes: Airport taxes and other levies One piece of cabin baggage up to 8 kg + 1 small bag This fare permits date and time changes to flight itinerary at the same booking class or at the highest booking class available by paying any difference that may occur plus a surcharge of EUR 30,00 -penalty fee ( per passenger and per direction). Changes are subject to availability and are possible up to 72 hours before original departure time and are limited to four (4) week period of the original flight data. This fare is excluding EUR 5,00 per passenger administration fee. On line check in is available up to 3 hours before flight departure. Alternatively it is possible to check - in directly at the airport with no additional cost. The check-in desk at the airport close 45 minutes before flight departure. Infants Infants (under 2 years of age) travelling without a seat pay 20% of the adult fare per direction. Children Children from 2 to 12 years old pay the adult fare. Name Correction: It is possible to request the correction of the name on the ticket issued upon payment of a fee of EUR 20,00 .
